Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because our lamps are personalized with your own photos, each piece is made specially for you. For this reason, standard “no‑reason” returns are limited, but you are fully protected in case of damage, defects, or errors from our side.


2. Non‑returnable Customized Products

  • All personalized products made with your photos or custom text are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once they enter production.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective lamp, or there is a mistake in the customization from our side:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • The outer box and inner packaging

    • The specific defect or damage

  • After verification, we will:

    • Replace the product, or

    • Offer a refund/partial refund, depending on the issue and your preference (subject to our approval).

We may not be able to help if damage is reported much later without proof of delivery condition.

All claims for quality issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision regarding a replacement or refund remains at the sole discretion of Gloww Techonologies Studio.


4. Incorrect or Missing Customization

If the lamp you receive does not match the photos/text you submitted (wrong image, spelling error from our side, wrong variant, etc.):

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with order number and photos.

  • Once confirmed, we will remake and ship the correct product at no extra cost, or offer another suitable resolution.

  • If the error is due to wrong photos or spelling provided by the customer in the form, it will not be treated as our error.


5. Color, Brightness and Minor Variations

  • Slight differences in color, brightness, or crop between your original photo and the printed lamp can occur due to screen vs print differences and lamp lighting.

  • Such minor variations are normal in custom printing and are not considered defects or a valid reason for refund/return.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Once photos are submitted and design/production has started, cancellation is not possible for customized items.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after we confirm it has been processed:

  • First check your bank / card / UPI account again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order and refund reference.
