Q1. What is a personalized memory lamp?
A personalized memory lamp is a custom lamp where your own photos are printed and integrated into the lamp design, turning your special moments into a decorative lighting piece and gift.
Q2. How does the ordering process work?
You place an order on our website, complete payment, and then share your photos through a Google Form link that we send to your email. Once we receive your photos and details, we design, print and ship your personalized lamp.
Q3. How many photos can I use for one lamp?
The number of photos depends on the lamp design (for example, a 4‑sided lamp may need 4 images). Exact photo count and guidelines are mentioned on each product page.
Q4. What type of photos should I upload?
Use clear, high‑resolution photos with good lighting. Avoid screenshots or very zoomed‑in images, as they may print blurry on the lamp.
Photo Upload & Process
Q6. How will I submit my photos after placing an order?
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with a Google Form link. You simply need to open the form, fill in your order details, and upload your photos directly in that form. We will start the design and printing process only after you successfully submit the form.
Q7. What if I don’t receive the Google Form link?
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still not there, contact our support team with your order number, and we will resend the link. Mail Id: glowwlamp.store@gmail.com
Q8. Can I change my photos after submitting the form?
If your lamp has not yet gone into printing/production, we will try our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated photos.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
Q10. What is the production and delivery time?
Because each lamp is custom‑made, production usually takes a 3-5 calender days after we receive your photos, followed by standard courier delivery time depending on your location.
Q11. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
No, As of now we are not offering COD.
Q12. Can I cancel or return a personalized lamp?
Since each lamp is uniquely customized with your photos, cancellations and returns are generally not possible once production has started.
Q13. What if my lamp is damaged in transit?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos showing the damage. After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution.
Q14. Does the lamp come fully assembled?
To ensure your lamp arrives safely and without damage, we ship it in a disassembled state. Don't worry—it is designed to be easily put together! We include a detailed User Guide with step-by-step instructions to help you assemble your personalized memory lamp in minutes.
Privacy & Security of Photos
Q15. How do you use my photos?
Your photos are used only for designing, printing, and producing your personalized lamp.
Q16. Will you share or post my photos anywhere?
No, we do not share, sell, or publish your photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If we ever want to showcase your lamp, we will ask you first.
Q17. How long do you keep my photos?
We keep your photos only for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any support issues (such as reprints). After that, they are permanently deleted.
Q18. Are my photos safe if I upload them through the Google Form?
Yes. The Google Form upload is linked to our secure business account, and access to your photos is restricted to our authorized team members who need them to work on your order. We do not provide public access to those files.
